Step 1. Consultation

This is where we see if we are a good fit for one another. It is also a space where you can ask any questions that you may have.

Step 2. Book First Session

This is where you decide on a time that works best for you. Ideally, we are meeting at the same time each week so that we are able to set this time aside as your time.

Step 3. We start the exploration process

This is where we begin to dive into your story. We will look at each of your boxes, step by step. We will treat these boxes with respect, kindness, and empathy. This process goes at the speed which feels best for you. I act as a guide as we look at the story of you.
