About Me

Hi, I’m Olena.

I am a human first, and a therapist second. As a human, I discovered therapy through my own personal experiences. I have experienced loss, lack of direction, anxiety, and depression. I believe that having this experience allows me to deepen my understanding of others. It is through therapy, that I decided to become a therapist as I have witnessed the healing first hand.

I completed my Bachelors of Arts at York University in Sociology. I then completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. In addition to this, I have a deep interest in the realm of dream analysis, active imagination, and creativity and have taken many continuing education courses in this area. I have found through my own therapy work that this has facilitated the most growth and discovery of myself.

Outside of therapy, I am deeply interested in discovering cultures through travel. I love finding live shows and embracing the magic of music. You can also find me reading copious amounts of novels, spending time with friends and family, as well as working on a creative project.
